故障现象00453故障码怎么解决:该车自动变速器最近一段时间以来一直持续“高烧”不退,吃了很多“药”(更换ATF润滑油等相关部件),而且也已经做了一次“手术”(更换变速器变矩器和阀体等部件),但“高烧”问题一直得不到根治。当变速器高烧至116℃左右时变速器控制单元会记录一个“关于变速器超温功能受限”的故障码(如图1所示),此时发动机会出现动力不足且油门加不起来的故障现象。

删除故障存储器中的故障码进行路试,刚开始试车时变速器表现一切正常,可后来确实感觉发动机加速无力和油门加不起来的情况,同时变速器表现为换挡延迟且有轻微的冲击感。用诊断仪检测到的变速器油温信息是116℃,同时00453故障码再次重现。考虑到该车已经行驶100000km且一次也没有对变速器有过养护记录,因此决定还是保守治疗,这样征得用户同意后先做一个保养换油试试。

可是更换完带油温传感器的线束后,经试车“高烧”故障还是没有得到解决,这就奇怪了!还有哪些原因会导致变速器持续“高烧”呢00453故障码怎么解决?变速器本身的问题还是散热系统的问题呢。不管咋样还是按照先简单后复杂、先外后内的检修方法进行。因为变速器在每天初次使用时都是正常的,这说明变速器内部机械元件应该不会有大问题。冷静分析能够导致变速器高温的可能原因也就是:①冷却系统故障;②变速器的变矩器TCC锁止不良;③变速器个别挡位打滑;④变速器缺少高速挡等。经每次试车结果可以排除③和④的故障可能,变速器既没有打滑情况,更没有缺少高速挡的情况,因此如果说变速器真实存在“高烧”故障的话,要么冷却系统故障,要么变矩器TCC闭锁故障。在这种情况下,大家毫不犹豫的又把自动变速器的独立冷却器(如图3所示)给换掉了。

用户用了仅仅还不到一个礼拜,车辆再次因变速器“高烧”而返厂,看来之前我们还是没有找到变速器持续“高烧”的真正病因。但在我们之前的故障评估中也仅剩下变矩器TCC闭锁这一块了。为了方便节省时间,这次决定直接更换一个变矩器总成试试,这样比较快一些。把变速器拆下来直接更换一个拆车的成色比较好的变矩器总成(如图4所示),可是装车后试车变速器再次出现“高烧”症状。难道不是变矩器TCC闭锁不良的原因,还是我们更换的变矩器本身有问题。种种现象表明变矩器故障的可能性极小,因为不可能两个变矩器表现情况都一模一样。在实际试车观测动态数据流时,小油门或正常驾驶时3挡、4挡、5挡、6挡时TCC闭锁情况非常好,只有大油门操作时变矩器TCC有不锁的情况或锁止有轻微打滑的情况。

既然变矩器没有任何问题,那还能有哪里会导致变速器持续“高烧”不止呢?难道是液压控制单元(阀体)提供的变矩器TCC闭锁油压不够,导致TCC闭锁不良而出现功率损失,从而导致持续“发烧”不止。听同行讲09G变速器阀体故障确实比较多,但大多数都是表现换挡品质不良故障。当然也是确实没有其他办法了,在这种情况下决定更换阀体(如图6所示)。

如果是控制单元确实存在问题,那一定是一个假的温度信号,所以接下来只要我们能够确定变速器真实温度,是不是真的到“高烧”程度了,如果真实温度确实不高我们再研究更换控制单元也不迟,如果确实还是在高烧,那么我们就要重新梳理一下思路了。

在仔细检查变速器冷却系统时,发现来自发动机水箱的冷却液管路中有一个东西(如图7所示),后来才知道是一个节温器(如图8所示)。

故障排除:重新更换节温器后变速器持续“高烧”不止的顽症终于得到根治。至此持续多日的维修也终于告一段落。

故障总结:本来在故障可能分析中没有遗漏,但为什么一个持续“高烧”不止故障迟迟得不到解决呢?那就是大家忽略了来自发动机冷却管路中还安装了一个节温器,安装节温器的目的是当自动变速器在低温状态时让ATF实现一个快速加热过程。但由于它的损坏相当于持续在给变速器加热,因此让变速器在高温状态下得不到冷却过程,从而让变速器持续“高烧”不止。通过这个案例也在给大家一个提醒,那就是自动变速器的温度管理功能可能会带来的一些问题。
